Trial Lessons
Take the controls of an aircraft and fly yourself around Highclere Castle, Salisbury Cathedral or even The New Forest and see The Needles under the careful guidance of your instructor.
No previous experience is necessary and your flight time counts towards your hours needed for a PPL if you wish to continue your training.
Choose between 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Trial lessons are ideal birthday and Christmas presents to give.

Private Pilots License (PPL) Training
Achieve your Private Pilot License with hands-on training from experienced instructors. Build skills, confidence, and knowledge to navigate the skies safely.
The course is a minimum of 45 hours, 7 ground exams and a General Skills Test at the end.
During your course you complete 10 hours solo flying and when you’ve passed your test and received your licence you’re all set to carry friends and family around the UK.

Night Rating
Master night time flying with specialised instruction designed to enhance your skills for safe nocturnal navigation and increased flying opportunities.

IR(R) Instrument Rating
Master instrument flying with specialised instruction designed to allow you to fly in less favourable weather conditions known as Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC).

Thruxton Airfield
Kurusha is based at Thruxton, EGHO, in Hampshire. It is the perfect location for flight training throughout the year. It has both asphalt and grass runways, rescue and firefighting service and a café.
Easy road access just off the A303 and free parking right outside the Kurusha office makes flying easy with us.
